the sun kisses 

your moonlight skin

and i can’t help the envy

let me wrap you up like silence

not an inch exposed

my love an ache

that i’ll ease with patient fingers

i can request and wrest in turn

or devote myself to slowness

i want you

empty

but for me

and the breath you’ll beg

to lose
