Lady In Silver
By Kit Hornbrook
she sways softly in the wind,
hands extending towards the sun; as if long winding branches
the sun kisses her cheeks,
leaves fall around her, cascading down like petals,
she beckons you to join her,
reminds you your worries always linger,
but joy should never be forgotten,
bathed in silver and jewels,
she like the moon reflects the love of the world,
so dance with her,
love her,
love yourself,
and pray for her blessings
